Getting Started with Your Photo Restoration

To get started, purchase one or more Photo Restoration, Colorization, or Restoration & Colorization Package projects. We'll send you a unique email address to which you should submit your photo(s).

Simply send us an email to the provided unique email address with your attached photo and any special instructions you may have. Here are a few tips to ensure everything runs smoothly:

• One Photo Per Project: Please attach only one photo per email for each project. Multiple photos should only be sent if you've purchased multiple projects.
• Specific Instructions: If you have any details you'd like us to know—like a specific color your grandmother wore or the eye color of your grandfather—please include them. While our artists can’t reply directly to your email, they’ll take these instructions into account as they work on your project.

What Happens After You Submit Your Photo?
Once we’ve received your photo and instructions, here’s what you can expect:

1. Restoration Begins: Our team of digital restoration artists will get to work on your photo right away.
2. Completion Time: Restoration typically takes about 2-5 business days.
3. Review Your Photos: After the restoration is complete, we’ll upload both your original and restored photos to your FOREVER Account in a special album titled "FOREVER Photo Restoration."
4. Notification: You’ll receive an email letting you know when your project is ready for review in your account.
5. Make Adjustments: If you’d like any edits or have concerns, let us know, and we’ll work with you to make it perfect.
