FOREVER® Cancellation, Replacement, and Refund Policies

We are delighted to have you as a customer, and our goal is to deliver the product, support, and service that you deserve. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 1-888-FOREVER (1-888-367-3837), or you can email us at support@forever.com so that we can address your concern. Due to the nature of digital content and software, we cannot always issue a refund, but we will work hard to earn your trust and achieve your satisfaction. Please read our policies below to learn more.


FOREVER Storage®

You have the right to cancel your FOREVER® Account at any time. While you may close your Account and delete your content if you choose, you are not entitled to a refund of any amounts paid, with the exception that you can rescind your decision to buy FOREVER® Storage within 5 days of purchase and receive a full refund.

All payments made according to a payment plan are non-refundable, and under no circumstances, including, without limitation, failure to complete a payment plan in full, will you be entitled to a refund of any payments made for FOREVER® Storage. If you cancel your payment plan, you will only retain the pro rata portion of storage that you have paid for through the cancellation date, and all unpaid storage will be removed from your account.

Your FOREVER® Intro Account can be cancelled at any time. Upon request for cancellation, FOREVER® reserves the right to delete all account contents. To cancel your Intro Account, please contact us at 1-888-FOREVER (1-888-367-3837) or email us at support@forever.com.

FOREVER Digital Art, Software, Digital Ambassador Kits

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all Digital Art, Software, and Digital Ambassador Kit sales are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned. If you download a product that is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us within 90 days of purchase, and we will provide you with a fully functioning copy of the damaged product, provided that the product is still sold in the FOREVER® store. If you experience difficulty downloading, please contact support@forever.com and we will be happy to help you. Note that our Digital Art Kits are for personal use only and should not be shared with others.

All p2P memberships are auto-renewing. You have the right to cancel your p2P membership at any time. Cancellation of your membership stops the billing of future payments. However, all payments already made according to a membership plan are non-refundable, and under no circumstances, including but not limited to having unused portions of your membership, will you be entitled to a refund of any payments made for p2P memberships. If you cancel your membership, you will receive an email from FOREVER® confirming that it has been cancelled.

Gift Certificates

Once a Gift Certificate has been purchased, it is non-refundable. Recipients receive their Gift Certificates via email. If the intended recipient does not receive their Gift Certificate via email, or accidentally deletes their email, we are happy to resend it if they reach out to support@forever.com.

FOREVER® Club

You have the right to cancel your FOREVER Club membership at any time. Cancellation of your membership stops the billing of future payments. However, all payments already made according to a FOREVER Club plan are non-refundable, and under no circumstances, including but not limited to having unused portions of your membership, will you be entitled to a refund of any payments made for FOREVER Club memberships.

If you cancel your membership, you still have access to any unused FOREVER Club dollars, but immediately lose access to all other Club Member Perks, including but not limited to free storage awards, Members-Only deals, and Members-Only Events. If you cancel your membership, you will receive an email from FOREVER confirming that it has been cancelled.

FOREVER® Print and Artisan® Print

We pride ourselves in offering only the highest quality print products and services. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your print order, please contact us at support@forever.com so we can make it right.

If your order is damaged during shipping, includes a manufacturing defect, or is otherwise flawed because of a mistake on our part, we will replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

If you are unhappy with your order because of a mistake on your part, we will be happy to help you fix it. Simply contact support@forever.com, and we will work with you to correct the errors and help you reorder your project.

Once your print order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable, so please make sure you have triple-checked every page for design and spelling errors before placing your order.

Because quality is very important to us, when you request a reprint, we may ask you to take photos of the damage to the original order and send them to us, or return the original order to us, so we can look at the problems you encountered and improve our print process.

All requests for reprints must be submitted to support@forever.com within 60 days of the original order.

FOREVER® Media Conversion Services:

FOREVER® offers a 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed policy on media conversion. If you have any concerns with the work provided, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your original media back from FOREVER®, and we will work with you to achieve the desired results.

  • For video or audio files: If you are unable to view and/or listen to your video or audio file, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your completed order and we will replace any defective output sources, such as USB flash drives or DVDs, at no cost.
  • For image scans and uploads: If you feel that the final product or image uploads do not meet the high-quality standards of FOREVER®, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your completed order, and we will make arrangements to re-scan those images until your satisfaction is met.
  • Please contact us at 1-888-FOREVER® (1-888-367-3837) and select option 2, or email us at support@forever.com if you are not 100% satisfied.
  • Your memories are insured from your door step through the FOREVER® processing facility and back to your door step. If at any time during the process, your memories are damaged, we will work with you to recuperate the loss. The sad reality is that insurance companies can only replace the value of the physical item and not your memories. At FOREVER®, your happiness is paramount, and we will work with you and our shipping partner to ensure a safe journey.
