ABSOLUTELY! We encourage everyone to purchase a ticket, even if your availability is extremely limited. The entire event is self-paced and recorded. You do not have to join the sessions live. Your ticket entitles you to the full goody bag and all training whether you attend live or not. You will have unlimited access to the event site so that you can watch the training and review the notes at a time that works for you. You will even be automatically added into some of the event raffles just because you purchased a ticket. In short, you won't miss out on a thing except the live interaction.

This entire event is self-paced. You do not have to participate in pre-crop activities. You will still receive your entire goody bag and you will be able to fully participate in Training Weekend without having participated in pre-crop activities. Participating in pre-crop activities, however, is a great way to get prepared for a whirlwind weekend of training. It also allows you to digest the many gifts you will receive little by little and get organized. It also gives you an opportunity to engage with fellow attendees.

If at all possible, we encourage you to purchase the ticket, or have the gift recipient purchase the ticket in their own FOREVER Account. This will ensure that their information is attached to the ticket when it comes time to distribute entitlements and coupons. If you are unable to purchase the ticket in their account, please make sure that you list their name as the attendee when filling out the form to add the ticket to cart. It will also be helpful to notify the p2P Team that you purchased a Virtual Party Ticket for someone else by sending an email to pixels2pages@forever.com.

The Virtual Party is a virtual event and is not held at a central location. We encourage Ambassadors/ticket holders to have satellite events where they can gather together with fellow Artisan users who also have purchased a Virtual Party Ticket.

You do not need a pixels2Pages membership to purchase a ticket and participate in this event. The FOREVER pixels2Pages Team may reference p2P Membership offerings and without a membership, you will not be able to access that content.

You do not have to be on Facebook to access this event. Everything will be posted and organized on the event site. All ticket holders will receive an email 6 to 8 weeks prior to the event with a link to the event website and the Facebook Group. We encourage you to sign up for the event newsletter to stay informed. The Facebook group is mainly for ticket holders to be able to engage with each other and the FOREVER pixels2Pages Team. You will not miss any ticket holder content by not joining the Facebook Group.

Entitlements are anything that is distributed through the FOREVER Store. All Blueprints and Digital Art that will be distributed as part of your goody bag are considered entitlements. All entitlements will be delivered using a special coupon that will only work for registered attendees of the event. This enhancement will allow registered attendees to easily add their gifted items to their download history while preventing those who are not paid attendees from getting content and gift items they are not entitled to.

When the idea book goes on sale we will email everyone who signed up for the news letter, we will share it on this event info page, and we will post it on the pixels2Pages site.
