Cancellation & Transfer Policy

You may cancel your registration up until December 31, 2026. A cancellation fee of $125.00 USD will be subtracted from your refunded amount. Your refund amount will not appear on your credit card; instead, you'll receive a FOREVER® coupon for the value of your refunded amount - good on printed products, software, FOREVER Storage®, Facial Recognition, Streaming Video, FOREVER Boxes, FOREVER Family Research, and FOREVER Digital Art™-branded digital art. After December 31, 2026 no refund is available. If you'd like to cancel your ticket please email ehelsel@forever.com.

Transfers are accepted until December 31, 2026 between Ambassadors and clients or guests who are eligible to attend the same events. A transfer fee of $75.00 USD will apply. The seller is responsible for the transfer fee. If you'd like to transfer your ticket to someone else, email ehelsel@forever.com and provide the following: your name, the transferee's first and last name, city and state/province and email address. If applicable, please specify any dietary requirements, such as gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan preferences.
