This border allows you to showcase a photo and a monogram with clean design. In just minutes your page will pop and your photos will tell a story. Objective: Use the want tool, text shapes, and the Outliner tool to create photo border detail.

Video Notes:

- - Insert> Content> Shape> Rectangle
    - Make rectangle the full height of page and about 3 inches wide
    - Click Create
  - Insert> Text> Shape
    - Type letter
    - Format letter
      - Note: Text shape should have the same color fill as the rectangle
    - Make text shape wider than the rectangle and center vertically
    - Position letter at bottom of rectangle
    - Click Create
  - Optional - Pieced-in Border
    - Insert> Content> Shape> Rectangle
    - Make the fill a different high contrast color than the first rectangle and the text shape
    - Make rectangle the full height of page
    - Make the rectangle desired width
    - Position as desired
    - Click Create
    - Use the elements panel to position rectangle at the bottom of the elements panel
  - Select all elements and use the Quick Access Toolbar to apply a stroke
    - Make sure the stroke is a different and high contrast color compared to the other elements
    - Note: The size of the stroke will be the size of the spacing around the monogram.
  - With all elements selected, right click> Flatten
  - Go to Cut> Selection> Wand
    - Set Selection Scope to "All"
    - Click in the area of the original rectangle.
    - Click Select
    - Go to Cut/Copy
    - Keep the selected area
    - Copy
      - If you do not have the optional pieced-in border you can select "Cut" instead of "Copy"
  - Optional: If you were creating a pieced-in border
    - Select the original flattened element
    - Go to Cut> Selection> Wand
      - Set Selection Scope to "All"
      - Click in the area of the pieced-in border
      - Click Select
      - Go to Cut/Copy
      - Keep the selected area
      - Cut
  - Select the remaining border element(s), go to Insert>Other>Outliner
    - You can then deleted the original shapes
  - Right click each outliner shape, go to Fill> Convert to photo drop point
