This quick page layout divides the page into three sections. Use the top section for a title, the middle section for photo(s) and the bottom section for journaling. Video Notes:

Divide the page layout into three sections. Add a horizontal ruler at 3.5 and 10.25.
From the Insert Ribbon, add a rectangle to the top portion of the layout. Insert Ribbon > Content section > Shape > Rectangle. Position the rectangle in the upper left of the page. Adjust the size to 12” across and bring the bottom of the rectangle to the ruler line. The exact size doesn’t really matter, but the approximate size is 12” x 3.5". The rectangle can be filled once the page is put together. Remove the stroke. Click Create.
From the Insert Ribbon, add a rectangle to the bottom portion of the layout. Insert Ribbon > Content section > Shape > Rectangle. Position the rectangle in the bottom left of the page. Adjust the size to 12” across and bring the bottom of the rectangle to the bottom right of the page. The exact size doesn’t really matter, but the approximate size is 12” x 1.5". The rectangle can be filled once the page is put together. Remove the stroke. Click Create.
In the top third of the layout, fill the rectangle with paper. With the rectangle selected, choose a paper in the content section of the operational panel. Hover over the right hand side of the desired paper, click the down arrow and click on “fill selected shape." Adjust the cutting board as desired and click OK. Add a title to this rectangle.
In the bottom third of the layout, fill the rectangle with paper. With the rectangle selected, hover over the desired paper, click the down arrow and click on “fill selected shape.” Adjust the cutting board as desired and click OK. Add an embellishment (or two) on either the left or right side of the rectangle.
Add a text box in the bottom rectangle to journal the story. Insert Ribbon > Text section > Text. Size the text box to desired size within the bottom rectangle. Fill the text box with a solid paper. With the text box selected, hover over the desired paper, click the down arrow and click on “fill selected shape.” Adjust the cutting board as desired and click OK.
Add a .25pt stroke to the journaling box. From the Quick Access Toolbar, click on stroke and select a .25 pt stroke. Click on the fill color and change the color as desired.
Add a collage of photos in the middle. Insert Ribbon > Photos section > Empty frame.
And just like that, the Divided by Three Quick Page is done!
