This is a fun and quick technique for making a Polaroid frame. Video Notes: Objective: Create a frame that looks like a Polaroid frame.

Insert > Shape > Rectangle (fill doesn't matter; no stroke) > Create
Insert > Photo > Empty Frame
Select the rectangle
- Resize by grabbing lower edge and pulling to desired height. NOTE: If the aspect ratio of your shape is locked, hold the shift key while performing this step.
- QAT (Quick Access Toolbar) > Fill > Solid color > light gray
- Filter > Edge > 3D Width = 5, Softness = 15, Rotation = 60, Amount = 80 > OK
Select photo holder
- QAT > Stroke > .25 pt > Solid Black
Insert > Text > Size to fit area below photo; format as desired > Create
Select the rectangle (frame)
- Format > Glow > Softness = 20, Expansion = 1, Density =21; Color = light gray
Select photo holder, rectangle, and text box
- Arrange > Group
- Copy and paste to add more frames to your page.
Ungroup empty frames before adding photos and text. HINT: Regroup elements on each frame after they are filled with photos and text so that you can reposition them as desired.
